At the core of every Arrowhead Precast parking structure is the 10' wide double tee. Our quality manufactured double tees provide a smoother driving surface for your customers, while adding opportunities for improved lighting and reducing maintenance.

The timeless look of stone complements any surrounding and Verti-Crete has a striking selection of realistic designs to fit any project. Our custom molded textures are so realistic that every detail of the natural stone is visible throughout the entire product. All the precast components - columns and panels - are vertically casted which allow us to provide beautiful aesthetics on both sides of the wall. in addition, our custom molded formliners are designed to create seamless stone patterns that will wrap around every column.

Our ReCon Retaining Wall System is an industry leading retaining wall system, offering an aesthetically pleasing and structurally superior retaining wall solution. By combining a cost-effective installation with a time-tested product, this wall system outshines most other wall solutions. We currently manufacture the Northshore Granite and Weathered Edge texturs, but additional textures can be provided upon request. There are a standard of five (5) formliner textures, providing you with a variety of options to fit your project's aesthetic requirements.
 

Our Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) panel wall is used for embankments, bridge abutments, cut walls, and many other applications. The patented connection system streamline the installation process, which saves both time and money. In combination with a high quality product, our engineering excellence translates to simple and efficient installation procedures requiring no tools.

Our Shuttabloc Wall System has been designed to provide an economical alternative to casting retaining walls on site. The patented design marries the benefits of precast with cast-in-place concrete by combining hollow reinforced precast elements with poured-in-place self-consolidating concrete. The final result is a factory-controlled finish, monolithic concrete wall comparable to cast-in-place cantilevered walls.

Our Precast Two-Stage Wall System builds easily, erects quickly, and delivers a sturdy, proven solution to the challenges posed by poor soil conditions. With proven ease of installation and long-term durability, these bridge systems provide you with a variety of shapes, sizes and treatments for spans from 5' to 102' ensuring a perfect fit for any type of project. The inherent strength, durability, cost-savings, and rapid installation of precast concrete bridges have made them the premier bridge technology in the world.

Our Long Span-C Bridge System is comprised of three-sided (all sides flat) precast concrete elements with flat ends that abut one another. When the sections are installed adjacent to each other, they will make a continuous structure of sections with a smooth interior and exterior surface. We design and manufacture these project-specific elements to meet DOT specifications.

Our precast Double-Tee Bridge System can be a smart choice for bridges requiring up to 80' clear spans. All the benefits of a precast superstructure are included, as these are plant manufactured components that meet the highest quality control standards and utilize a wet-cast air entrained concrete mix design that is engineered to meet AASHTO LFRD loading design criteria.

Precast wall panels are a excellent option for projects such as building structures, parking garages, commercial buildings, institutional facilities, military facilities, and much more. Our team is experienced and can produce a wide variety of structural, non-structural, insulated, non-insulated, precast concrete wall panels. In addition to standard wall panels, we can also produce precast cladding.

We specialize in manufacturing precast Hollow Core at our manufacturing facility. Hollow Core is a pre-molded, prestressed concrete building component that has many benefits. Due to the beneficial design properties which make this product lightweight, Hollow Core is well suited to be used as a floor or roof deck component for building construction. Hollow Core adds structural stability and reduced weight, therefore reducing costs on your project. The result is a sound resistant, fire rated, low maintenance system with long spans and shallow depths.

Precast Double-Tee elements are most commonly used for parking garage decks, roof structures, floor structures, FEMA safe rooms, and bridge structures. We manufacture a variety of spans to meet your project requirements. One of the precast components that we have pride ourselves in making - and making well - are precast concrete stairs. Precast spandrels can be used as cladding on building construction such as parking garages, office buildings, pedestrian bridges, and other vertical construction. In addition, they can be structural components to support double tees, hollow core planks, or flat slabs.

Precast Beams are generally a structural component. They can be rectangular, L shaped (possibly part of a spandrel), or an inverted tee shape. They are typically used to support deck products such as our double tees, hollow core planks, and solid slabs. They can be conventionally reinforced or prestressed depending on the spans and loading conditions required.

Precast Columns are used to support beams and spandrels in most applications. They are manufactured in specific design lengths to handle both single story and multi-level structures. Columns are manufactured in a horizontal position and poured in a manner to support architectural and structural requirements.

Flat Slabs can be used for a variety of structural designs like structural deck components, precast bridge decking for highway projects, FEMA safe rooms, and more. We can produce flat slabs using either conventional reinforcing or prestressing strands. We have the ability to cast flat slabs up to 14' wide and over 40' long with a variety of thicknesses. These precast elements can be used for many applications and have been used by Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) bridge decking.

Our Precast Duct Bank System is one of a kind - increasing safety and productivity while also saving you time and money on your projects. We have four standard configurations, but can provide custom configurations for any project upon request. We service all states and license manufacturers on a national level to manufacture our Precast Duct Bank System in local markets.

We are one of the primary manufacturers of precast electrical vaults in the five state area - servicing Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Missouri, and Arkansas. Precast electrical vaults are a chosen choice for electrical companies and contractors due to the ease and efficiency of installation. The granddaddy of all block. Our V-Interlock block system has been used for years in the industry as the go-to block for straight-forward, get-it-done-now applications. This is why in our efforts to be a one-stop-shop for all your retaining wall needs, we offer exclusive design for Temporary and Permanent Wire Walls. These solutions allow for construction sequencing of an embanked roadway. It’s a cost effective option, one that’s ideal for phasing projects such as highway construction, temporary shoring, underground utility work, and many other applications.

The architect for the project desired rock monuments to match the building, but due to the complexity of the lighting, the size, and to remain cost-effective, our team came up with a custom precast option that fit their needs.
